I’ve neglected the blog this week but I was back in LA for a whopping 3 days after Des Moines and had to get my affairs together in preparation for a month on the road. Here is the latest with yours truly:

I’m in Kansas City performing at the Improv all weekend! Kansas City, Missouri, not Kansas. Apparently, there is a rivalry of sorts. And by “rivalry,” I mean, KC, Missouri folks claim KC, Kansas folks are trashy and/or “ghetto.” ( I love it when white people say “ghetto” to generalize a section of town with people who are different than them). I have not been in the area long enough to make a fair assessment.

HUGE CONFESSION: I have been watching “Kourtney & Kim Take New York” and I hate myself for it. I have insane guilt because I’m obviously contributing to the demise of our society. But, how ‘bout that Chris?!* Ugh, what an idiot.

Not unlike exercising excessively before a heavy meal, to cancel out the guilt of watching the Kardashians, I am reading the actual newspaper front to back each morning because having your days free on the road provides the luxury of time. Oh, and I’m obsessed with crossword puzzles. NERD ALERT.

*I refuse to spell it with a K.
